If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Our devices can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the device. A new device may be exchanged for another device or returned for a full refund (not including shipping).

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • It is the same device we sold you. We will verify the devices serial number. If you try sending us a device we didn’t sell you, dont expect to get it back.

  • The device includes all original accessories (remote and power cord)

  • The device isn’t damaged

Live TV Subscriptions

We issue partial refunds for subscription products within 14 days of the original purchase of the subscription. 

All subscription refunds will be subject to a mandatory $5 restocking fee.

We recommend signing up for a 24 hour trial prior to signing up for a monthly subscription. 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the original order are non-refundable.
