What does “Your device is not authorized!” mean?

In this tutorial we will explain what the "Your device is not authorized!" message means.

There are 3 reasons why you could be seeing this screen.

  1. You are not connected to WiFi.
  2. Your serial number is not in our system.
  3. You entered the wrong serial number when paying to program your Firestick.

If your serial number is not in our system, you need to go to the “Program Your Firestick” page and enter your serial number here, and then pay. Upon payment you will be granted access to our Updates app.

If you already paid, you probably entered the wrong serial number on accident. If you think that is the case, text us at (917)284-4395. Please have your order number and correct serial number ready.
